This is a small selection of Developments undertaken:

The Dolphin & Anchor Hotel, Chichester

A former grade II listed town centre hotel, comprehensively redeveloped to form 5 large shop units for Waterstones Bookshops, Sofa Workshop, J D Wetherspoons, Costa Coffee & Edinburgh Woollen Mill. Forward funded with British Gas Pension fund.

76-84 Kew Road, Richmond

Acquisition of a former Grade II listed retail bakery.
The detailed listing was substantially re-negotiated with English Heritage and DCMS to enable a deliverable commercial and residential scheme to take place.
Planning permission and listed building consent was negotiated for a substantial redevelopment/re-furbishment to create a large shop unit for a Tesco convenience store and 9 residential flats.

107 High Street, Sevenoaks, Kent

Comprehensive refurbishment of the former Hoad's Shoe's property located in a prime retailing position in this affluent Kent commuter Town. The substantially altered retail unit was let to Oliver Bonas Ltd and a new separately accessed 3 bed residential unit was created at First Floor level.

224-226 Kingston Road, New Malden

The acquisition and comprehensive refurbishment of a former bed shop and two large flats. The property comprised a large corner showroom with two dilapidated flats above and the property was comprehensively refurbished with the showroom being let to Screwfix and the flats let on ast agreements. The resulting investment was sold to LMF Holdings.

10 Sycamore Road, Amersham

Acquisition of a former Co-op Banking Hall. Planning consent was obtained to extend and refurbish the unit which was subsequently let to Magnet Kitchens.

Cambridge Road, Kew, Richmond

A joint venture with the owner of a former methodist church. Planning permission was obtained to convert the church into a unique and spectacular family home, integrating the existing church hall with a new build coach house via a glass link. Sold on for redevelopment.

112 Burford Street, Hoddesdon

Acquisition of a former public house. Planning consent obtained to convert the former pub into a convenience store with a ground floor extension. Planning consent was also obtained for a new 3 bed house on part of the car park.
The convenience store was let to Tesco Stores Ltd and the house site sold on for development.

9 High Street, Cobham

Acquisition of a Natwest Bank in a prime High Street position in this affluent Surrey Village. The property comprised the former banking Hall together with flats on the two upper floors and the property was comprehensively refurbished and let to Caffe Nero.

9, BBCentre, Commerce Road, Brentford

Redevelopment of a business unit on a  small industrial estate in a prime residential area of Brentford. Permitted development rights & planning permission obtained to convert the property into 3 new residential units with new 3rd floor level

336-338 Seaside Eastbourne

Acquisition of a former car showroom - planning permission obtained to change the use & redevelop/re-furbish the property to create a large new retail unit let to Bathstore.

86-88 Kew Road, Richmond

Acquisition of a former public house and former builders yard.
Planning permission obtained to convert the upper parts of the pub to create 2 flats and conversion of the rear of the building into a new build 2 bed townhouse.
Planning permission obtained to build a new building on the builders yard comprising ground floor retail and 4no. 2 bedroom flats above as well as a new chalet style 2 bed house at the rear.

101 High Street, New Malden

Acquisition of former Halifax Building Society unit on ground floor together with large 3 bed flat on first & second floors. Planning permission obtained to convert the upper parts into 2 separate flats and the ground floor unit refurbished and let to Caffe Nero.
